Shipping :
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available to choose at the time of ship out your order. Depending on the shipping provider , shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How does my order arrive?
Your order will ship to the exact address that you enter on your order. Make sure your address is entered correctly. Your order will ship either by UPS or FedEx Ground. Most orders arrive disassembled and carefully packaged in a flat box or in separate boxes. Desks and Tables require simply assembling the top and attaching the legs using a screw driver . Pipe leg components may require assembly. All hardware is included along with step-by-step instructions.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each piece is individually handcrafted one at a time. Processing time is between 3 to 10 weeks unless otherwise stated in the item shipping details. After your order ships, expect 1 to 7 business days approximately for your order to arrive at your shipping address. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email when your order ships.
What is the weight capacity?
Stationary Weight Capacities: When properly assembled, Desks and Tables have a Stationary Weight Capacity of 400 Lbs, Console Tables and TV Consoles have a Stationary Weight Capacity of 300 Lbs, Benches have a Stationary Weight Capacity of 450 Lbs, Shelves and all other products have a Stationary Weight Capacity of 200 Lbs unless otherwise noted. Exceeding the Stationary Weight Capacity may cause serious personal injury or damage to the product. You can attach or use accessories including but not limited to Monitor Mounts, Monitor Arms, Monitor Stands. May sure you attach those accessories properly, otherwise it may create instability of product and may cause serious personal injury or damage to the product.
Care and Cleaning Instructions:
Clean water spills up promptly. Use coasters to protect from standing water and felt pads on objects to prevent scratches. Always use pot holders to protect from heat. Never place hot objects on or near furniture. Clean with non-abrasive, water-damp cloth. Never leave wet cloth on surface. If cleaning is needed due to grime, add a speck of detergent or a bit of vinegar. Never use chemicals or toxic cleaners. Never use oil-soap or silicone-based cleaners such as Pledge, Endust or Murphy's Oil. Never use polishes or dusting sprays. Use leg floor protectors to prevent stains & scratches. All items are designed for INDOOR USE ONLY, @72 degrees F @40% relative humidity. Excessive dryness, dampness, heat or cold will damage furniture.
